• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the CemMapper Service
• Process subscription payments and manage billing
• Send account-related emails including confirmation, password reset, and billing notices

• Improve and develop the Service

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database platform with industry-standard encryption. Cemetery records and burial data are stored in the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

CemMapper may contain sensitive information about deceased individuals including names, dates of birth, and dates of passing. We treat this data with the utmost care and do not share it with any third parties except as required to provide the Service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Service providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting) — all bound by confidentiality agreements
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our legal rights

• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your cemetery data at any time

CemMapper is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
